How to grate fresh wasabi
1: Scrape off the leafy part
2: Roughly shave off the knobby parts
3: Wash with a scrubbing brush
4: Grate from the leafy end in a circular motion

Tips
・Grate slowly in a circular motion without applying too much force, like drawing the character "no" (の).
When it becomes a fine, sticky, creamy paste, delicious wasabi is ready.

【Precautions】
●The color may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

●After each use, rinse it quickly with water and dry it in the shade.
If the grater board contains moisture and is used continuously many times a day,
the skin may become steamy and peel off easily.
Soaking it in hot or cold water, or drying it in direct sunlight can cause peeling.
Do not soak it in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin contain a lot of moisture daily for a long time, the shark skin or wood may be damaged.
Also, after drying, the wood may crack or warp.
