How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Trim off the leafy part
2: Roughly scrape off any bumps
3: Wash with a scrubbing brush
4: Grate in a circular motion, starting from the leafy end

Tips
・Grate slowly in a circular motion, without applying too much force. When it becomes a fine, sticky, creamy paste, delicious wasabi is ready.

・Can be used not only for wasabi, but also for vegetables like green onions and carrots, and fruits like apples. The ingredients will melt like snow, becoming a light mousse-like consistency, halfway between pulp and juice. By adding it just before serving, you can impart a pleasant aroma and a refreshing sensation.

【Precautions】
●The color may appear different from the actual product due to monitor settings.

●After each use, quickly rinse with water and dry in the shade. If the grater retains moisture and is used continuously multiple times a day, the sharkskin may become damp and peel off easily. Soaking it in hot or cold water or drying it in direct sunlight may cause peeling. Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and sharkskin are exposed to a lot of moisture daily for a long period, the sharkskin and wood may be damaged. Also, after drying, the wood part may crack or warp. Occasionally rest the sharkskin grater and dry it in the shade.

●Real sharkskin is a natural, premium leather, and the grain may vary slightly in some areas.

★If you use it frequently, using two sharkskin graters alternately is the secret to making them last longer.
