How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Scrape off the leaves
2: Roughly trim off the knots
3: Wash with a scrubbing brush
4: Grate in a circular motion, starting from the leafy end

When it becomes a fine, sticky, creamy paste, delicious wasabi is ready.

【Precautions】

●After each use, rinse quickly with water and dry in the shade.
If the grater board contains moisture and is used continuously multiple times a day,
the skin may become steamed and peel off easily.
Soaking in hot or cold water, or drying in direct sunlight, may cause peeling.
Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin remain highly moist for a long time every day, the sharkskin or wood may be damaged.
Also, after drying, the wood may crack or warp.
Occasionally rest the sharkskin grater board and dry it in the shade.

●Genuine sharkskin is a natural, high-grade skin, and the texture may vary slightly in some areas.
