How to grate fresh wasabi
1: Scrape off the leafy part
2: Roughly trim off any bumps
3: Wash with a brush
4: Grate in a circular motion, starting from the leaf end

・Do not apply too much pressure; grate slowly in circular "no" shapes. Delicious wasabi is ready when it's finely textured and creamy.

【Precautions】

●After use, rinse quickly with water and dry in the shade. If the grater board absorbs water and is used repeatedly multiple times a day, the skin may get damp and peel off easily. Soaking in hot or cold water, or drying in direct sunlight, can cause peeling. Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin remain wet for long periods of time every day, the sharkskin or wood may be damaged. Also, after drying, the wooden part may crack or warp. Occasionally, let the sharkskin grater board rest and dry in the shade.

●Real sharkskin is a natural, high-quality skin, and the texture may vary slightly in some areas.
