How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Scrape off the leafy part
2: Roughly remove any bumps
3: Wash with a scrub brush
4: Grate in a circular motion starting from the leafy end

Tips
・Grate slowly in a circular motion, like drawing the hiragana character "no," without applying too much force.
When it becomes finely textured, sticky, and creamy, you have delicious wasabi.

【Precautions】
