How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Scrape off the leafy part
2: Roughly remove the knobby parts
3: Wash with a scrubbing brush
4: Grate in a circular motion starting from the leafy end

Tips
・Grate gently in slow, circular motions ("no" shape), without applying too much force.
When it becomes a fine, sticky cream, you have delicious wasabi.

・It can be used not only for wasabi but also for vegetables like green onions and carrots, and fruits like apples.
The ingredients will melt like snow, becoming a light mousse-like consistency between pulp and juice,
so adding it just before serving can impart a pleasant aroma and refreshing sensation.

【Precautions】
●Colors may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

●After each use, rinse quickly with water and dry in the shade.
If the grater board contains moisture and is used continuously multiple times a day,
the skin may become damp and peel off easily.
Soaking in hot or cold water, or drying in direct sunlight, can cause peeling.
Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin remain wet for extended periods daily, the shark skin and wood may be damaged.
Also, after drying, the wooden part may crack or warp.
Occasionally rest the shark skin grater board and dry it in the shade.

●This genuine shark skin is a natural, high-grade skin, and the texture may vary slightly in some areas.
