How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Scrape off the leafy part
2: Roughly peel off the knots
3: Wash with a brush
4: Grate in a circular motion from the leafy end

Tips
・Grate slowly in a circular motion without applying too much force, as if drawing a "no" character.

【Precautions】

Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin remain wet for a long time every day, the shark skin and wood may be damaged.
Also, after drying, the wood may crack or warp.
