How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Scrape off the leafy part
2: Roughly pare off the knobby parts
3: Wash with a scrubbing brush
4: Grate from the leafy end in a circular motion

Tips
・Grate slowly in a circular motion, like drawing the character "no" (の), without applying much force. When it becomes fine and sticky like a cream, delicious wasabi is ready.

・Can be used not only for wasabi but also for vegetables like green onions and carrots, and fruits like apples.
