How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Cut off the leafy part
2: Roughly scrape off the bumps
3: Wash with a scrub brush
4: Grate in a circular motion from the leafy end

Tips
・Grate gently in a circular motion, without applying too much force. Delicious wasabi is ready when it becomes a fine, sticky cream.

・It can be used not only for wasabi, but also for vegetables such as green onions and carrots, and fruits such as apples. 【Precautions】

●After each use, rinse quickly with water and dry in the shade. If the grater board contains moisture and is used repeatedly multiple times a day, the skin may become damp and peel off easily. Soaking in hot or cold water, or drying in direct sunlight, may cause peeling. Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin contain a lot of moisture daily for a long time, the sharkskin or wood may be damaged. Also, after drying, the wood may crack or warp. Occasionally, let the sharkskin grater board rest and dry it in the shade.

●Genuine sharkskin is a natural, high-quality skin, and the texture may vary slightly in some areas.
