How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Trim off the leafy part
2: Roughly scrape off any bumps
3: Wash with a scrubbing brush
4: Grate in a circular motion, starting from the leafy end

Tips
・Without applying too much force, grate slowly in a circular motion, like drawing the character "no" (の).
When it becomes finely textured, sticky, and creamy, you have delicious wasabi.

・Can be used not only for wasabi but also for vegetables such as green onions and carrots, and fruits like apples.
Since the ingredients melt like snow and become a light mousse-like texture, halfway between pulp and juice,
adding it just before serving can impart a pleasant aroma and a refreshing sensation.

【Precautions】
●The color may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor.

●After each use, rinse quickly with water and dry in the shade.
If the grater board absorbs water and is used continuously multiple times a day,
the skin may become moist and peel off easily.
Soaking in hot or cold water or drying in direct sunlight can cause peeling.
Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin remain moist for a long time each day, the shark skin or wood may be damaged.
Also, after drying, the wood part may crack or warp.
Occasionally let the shark skin grater board rest and dry it in the shade.

●Authentic shark skin is a natural, high-quality material, and the texture may vary slightly in some areas.
