How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Scrape off the leaves
2: Roughly peel off the bumps
3: Wash with a scrubbing brush
4: Grate in a circular motion starting from the leaf end

Tips
・Grind gently in a circular motion without applying too much force. The wasabi is perfectly grated when it becomes a fine, sticky, creamy paste.

・Can be used for vegetables like green onions and carrots, as well as fruits like apples, in addition to wasabi. The ingredients melt like snow, forming a light mousse-like consistency between pulp and juice. Adding it right before serving can impart a pleasant aroma and refreshing sensation.

【Precautions】

●After each use, rinse quickly with water and air dry in the shade. If the grater retains moisture and is used repeatedly multiple times a day, the skin may become damp and peel off easily. Soaking it in hot or cold water or drying it in direct sunlight may also cause peeling. Do not soak in water or hot water.

●If the wood and skin retain excessive moisture daily for an extended period, the shark skin or wood may be damaged. Also, after drying, the wood may crack or warp. Occasionally, let the shark skin grater rest and air dry in the shade.

●Genuine shark skin is a natural, high-grade material, and the grain may vary slightly in places.
