This supreme grater is the result of much time and the condensed knowledge of skilled craftsmen and farmers.
How to Grate Fresh Wasabi
1: Scrape off the leafy part 2: Roughly peel off the bumps 3: Wash with a scrubbing brush 4: Grate in circular motions, starting from the leafy end Tips ・Grate slowly in circular motions, like drawing the hiragana character "no" (の), without applying too much force. When it becomes a fine, sticky cream, delicious wasabi is ready. ・Can be used not only for wasabi, but also for vegetables like green onions and carrots, and fruits like apples. The ingredients melt like snow, forming a light mousse-like consistency between pulp and juice. Adding it just before serving will impart a pleasant aroma and refreshing sensation.
