The ultimate wasabi grater that will make an incredible difference with just one use. "Oninaki" is a grater that faithfully reproduces the texture of shark skin. It is a collaboration product between Fujiya Wasabi Farm, Technomax Co., Ltd., and Custom Cool Center Co., Ltd. It took a long time to complete this exquisite grater, which embodies the knowledge of skilled craftsmen and farmers.
How to grate fresh wasabi
1: Remove the leaves 2. Roughly remove the bumps 3: Wash with a scrubbing brush 4. Grate the radish in a circular motion starting from the leafy end. Tip : Grate slowly without using force, making a circular motion like drawing the character “no”. When it becomes a fine, sticky cream, it means delicious wasabi is ready. ・It can be used not only on wasabi, but also on vegetables such as onions and carrots, and fruits such as apples.
